Oslob, Cebu to Welcome Dusit’s ASAI Hotel in 2026

Cebu's vibrant tourism scene is about to get a boost with the arrival of an international hotel brand. Homegrown developer, Grand Land Inc., is partnering with Dusit International to bring the first ASAI Hotel to the Philippines. Specifically, the ASAI Oslob, Cebu, is slated to open its doors by the end of 2026, adding a new dimension to the hospitality offerings in this prime tourist destination in southern Cebu.

As a brand of the renowned Thai hotel and property development company, Dusit International, ASAI Hotels caters to the modern traveler, particularly millennials seeking authentic local experiences.

Grand Land Inc., a member of the Gaisano Grand Group of Companies, officially commenced construction of the highly anticipated ASAI Oslob, Cebu, on Monday, February 3, 2025.

Specifically designed with millennial-minded travelers in mind, the hotel will feature 98 thoughtfully appointed rooms. Each room will boast plush beds, powerful rain showers, convenient work desks equipped with USB charging stations, and premium amenities, ensuring a relaxing and productive stay. Furthermore, the hotel's design emphasizes comfort and functionality, catering to the needs of today's discerning travelers.

In addition to its well-appointed accommodations, the ASAI Oslob, Cebu, will offer a range of communal spaces designed to foster connection and collaboration. Moreover, a co-working lounge will cater specifically to digital nomads, providing a dedicated space for work and networking.
